Existing building
82-83 Margaret Street, originally built to serve as a Convent in 1914, is a multi-occupancy seven storey building. Adjoining the main building to the rear are two wings connecting it to the Grade II listed All Saints Convent Chapel.
Most of the chapel is obscured from view by adjoining and surrounding buildings, with only the eastern end visible from Marylebone Passage.
The main building is a multiple-occupancy space. Currently, the lower ground, ground and first floors provide office space and meeting rooms, whilst floors two to five comprise residential accommodation.

Internal Condition
As you can see from the photos below, the internal accommodation looks tired and is in need of refurbishment and updating, so the building can be repurposed for modern use.
